  Staff was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately they really need to get a better wireless microphone. It kept cutting out, even after they replaced the battery mid-service. Also for some odd reason they were still playing background music for first 10 minutes of the service. If mic doesn't work 99% of the time, they should not use it!
